Duties:
-● Overseeing proper operation of water softener, furnaces, water heaters and sprinkler systems;
● Maintaining the appearance of outdoor areas as well as the interior of the building
● Furniture assembly and placement; replacement of light bulbs to all light fixtures and exit
signs;
● Must have experience and full knowledge related to residental painting
● The Maintenance Department is responsible for acquiring the use of sub-contractors for any type of large repair or landscaping project with the consent of the Administrator.
● Each employee is expected to respond to emergency situations involving the safety of
residents, employees, and the facility. This includes the ability to assist with a possible
evacuation of residents.

● Must complete all state and federal CBRF requirements within 90 days of hire.
● Must provide your own tools as needed.
● Must be able to handle periodic stress of working with sick residents and their families,combined with the resident who may be confused, irrational, highly agitated or given to abrupt mood swings, and confused.
● Must have reliable transportation to and from various work locations
Note: Fluency in English is required for effective communication within the team.
This position requires a combination of technical skills, and problem-solving abilities. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing regular maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and making necessary repairs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, possess excellent mechanical knowledge, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
